Each piece is individually crafted, making every set uniquely yours. As part of the ceramic-making process, you may notice:

Slight tonal differences in colour, depending on weather and climate conditions during production.
Black Spots (iron spots) due to the iron content in the clay body. Fine pinhole marks may be present due to the nature of the product.
Tong marks may appear on the bottom surface of some products during glazing process.
Due to the nature of the semi-matte glaze, there may be glaze flow and clumping marks along the sides.
Exchanges and returns are not accepted due to unavoidable aspects of the manual production process or the general characteristics of ceramics.
