Shipping
We are based in Singapore. We aim to dispatch your orders within 1-3 working days. To enjoy free local shipping with a minimum spend of $80, please use code [FREESHIPPING] Only 1 code allowed.
Kindly ensure that your order details and addresses are correct. We are not responsible for any lost mail and we reserve the right to process a refund if required. Any re-delivery will mean that a top-up of postage is required.
Kindly note that for furniture, local shipping rates start from $7. Complimentary local shipping promotion does not apply for furniture. Kindly note that there will be additional charges ($10-$20 per item per flight of stairs subject to courier's discretion) for walk-up units or if the address does not have lift access. Advance notice is required to ensure sufficient manpower is available.
Furniture delivery is on weekdays (10am to 5pm) excluding public holidays.
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide from Singapore. Please drop us an email (heyhappypuff@gmail.com) for international shipping rates. If there is any duty and tax imposed, you will be required to make payment.
Pick-Up
Please collect your order within 6 months of the date of your purchase. Kindly note that after which, no refunds will be issued. We will send an email once the order is ready for pick-up.
For Mustard Made lockers, collection will be on weekdays (9am to 4pm) excluding public holidays.

Payment
We accept PayNow and bank transfer for local orders.
We also accept credit card / Paypal payment.
Kindly note that the currency is in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Gift Wrapping
Please drop us an email or leave a note at the checkout page if you would like us to wrap your items for your recipient.
Loyalty Program
We love happy customers, so you can now earn Happy Points and redeem vouchers!
Earn Happy Points via the following methods:

Please note that the each wooden product has its own natural wooden grains, hence some imperfections and grain pattern variations should be expected.
Please also note that handmade products may have some imperfections.

Kindly note that sale items are not applicable for returns / exchanges.
For self-adhesive quotes, please note that we will not be held responsible for any damages to the surfaces you used them on. Instructions for usage are stated on each set of acrylic quotes. Please read thoroughly before use.
We reserve the right to reject any refunds for pre-orders or backorders. Please make sure that you are comfortable with the wait before joining the PO / BO. Thank you.
