Shipping Information

Heyhappypuff is based in Singapore, and we ship both locally and internationally.

Singapore Shipping

Standard Local Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days.

  • Enjoy free local shipping on orders above SGD $80 with code FREESHIPPING.

  • Only one promo code can be used per order.

  • Free shipping excludes Mustard Made, Tiptoe, and Heller furniture.

Our standard courier service does not deliver to hotel addresses. Please email us to arrange alternative delivery (additional fees apply).

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. We are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses. Re-delivery will require an additional shipping fee.

Furniture Delivery (Singapore)

  • Furniture delivery starts from SGD $7.

  • Free shipping promotions do not apply to furniture.

  • Delivery is on weekdays (12–5pm), excluding public holidays.

Additional charges apply for:

  • Walk-up units without lift access

  • Stair carry: SGD $10–$20 per item per flight of stairs (determined by courier)

Advance notice is required to arrange sufficient manpower.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide from Singapore.

International shipping rates are calculated based on:

  • Destination country

  • Parcel size and weight

  • Shipping company

Please email heyhappypuff@gmail.com for a shipping quote, or proceed to checkout if international shipping is enabled for your country.

Important:

  • Delivery typically takes 5–15 business days, depending on destination and shipping company selected.

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are not included in our prices.

Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If your order contains pre-order items, it will be shipped once all items are available.

Self Collection

Please collect your order within 3 months of purchase.

Collection is strictly by appointment.

Mustard Made:
Warehouse at Yishun
Weekdays: 10am–4pm (excluding public holidays)

Other Products:
Heyhappypuff Studio, Jalan Pemimpin

You will receive an email once your order is ready.

Orders not collected after 3 months are not eligible for refunds.

  • Wooden items may have natural grain variations.

  • Handmade items may have slight imperfections.

These are part of their unique character.

Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Pre-orders and backorders are non-refundable once confirmed.
