Delivery Info

We are based in Singapore. We aim to dispatch your orders within 1-3 working days. To enjoy free local shipping with a minimum spend of $80, please use code [FREESHIPPING]. Not applicable for furniture. Only 1 code allowed.

Kindly ensure that your order details and addresses are correct. We are not responsible for any lost mail and we reserve the right to process a refund if required. Any re-delivery will mean that a top-up of postage is required.

For Furniture

Kindly note that for furniture, local shipping rates start from $7. Complimentary local shipping promotion does not apply for furniture.

Kindly note that there will be additional charges ($10-$20 per item per flight of stairs subject to courier's discretion) for walk-up units or if the address does not have lift access. Advance notice is required to ensure sufficient manpower is available.

If your order only contains 1x The Shorty or any smaller furniture items, it will be sent out via Qxpress / Tracklogic. It usually takes 1-2 working days to be delivered once it has been dispatched.

For other furniture items, delivery is on weekdays (10am to 5pm) excluding public holidays. We will drop you an email to arrange the date before dispatching your order.

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide from Singapore. Please drop us an email (heyhappypuff@gmail.com) for international shipping rates. If there is any duty and tax imposed, you will be required to make payment.

Pick-Up

Please collect your order within 6 months of the date of your purchase. Kindly note that after which, no refunds will be issued. We will send an email once the order is ready for pick-up. All self-collections are strictly via appointment basis. 

For Mustard Made, collection will be at our warehouse at Yishun on weekdays (9am to 4pm) excluding public holidays. 

For other products, collection is at our studio at Jalan Pemimpin. 

Please ensure that the correct pick-up location is selected. If the wrong pick-up address was selected, please note that we are unable to transfer the stock to your preferred location. To switch to courier delivery, a delivery fee will apply.
