Singapore Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days.

Our standard courier service does not deliver to hotel addresses. Please email us to arrange alternative delivery (additional fees apply).
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. We are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses. Re-delivery will require an additional shipping fee.
Furniture Delivery (Singapore)

Furniture delivery starts from SGD $7.

Free shipping promotions do not apply to furniture.

Delivery is on weekdays (12–5pm), excluding public holidays.
Additional charges apply for:

Walk-up units without lift access

Stair carry: SGD $10–$20 per item per flight of stairs (determined by courier)
Advance notice is required to arrange sufficient manpower.
