As a small business, we truly appreciate your support and understanding.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours.

  • Cancellations are only allowed before the order has been processed or dispatched
  • Approved cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

We encourage customers to review product details carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.  We are always happy to help!

Damaged or Defective Items

We only replace or exchange items if they are defective or damaged.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact

Please email us at heyhappypuff@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, along with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos and/or videos of the item and packaging

We may need to check with the principal brand to verify if the issue is a manufacturing defect. As such, kindly allow up to 5 working days for us to get back to you.

If your request is approved:

  • Please pack the item in its original packaging and prepare it for our pick-up
  • We will arrange for the item to be collected and send a replacement

If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund in the form of online store credits.

Assembly Disclaimer

Mustard Made lockers are designed to be self-assembled. As such, any damage resulting from improper handling or assembly will not be considered a manufacturing defect.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Scratches, dents, or chips during assembly
  • Misalignment due to incorrect installation
  • Damage caused by forcing parts or incorrect use of tools

We strongly recommend following the provided instructions carefully and handling all parts with care during assembly.

Sale Items

All sale items are final and not eligible for refund or exchange.

Pre-orders & Backorders

We reserve the right to reject any refunds for pre-orders or backorders.
