General Shipping Information
All orders are processed within 2–4 working days, unless otherwise stated.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances.
Local Delivery (Singapore)
Standard Items
- Flat rate delivery: SGD $5
- Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch
Furniture Delivery (Singapore)
Furniture items (including lockers) are fulfilled separately from standard items.
- Delivery starts from SGD $7
- Free shipping promotions do not apply to furniture
- Delivery is on weekdays (12–5pm), excluding public holidays
- Delivery charges do not include installation or assembly services
Additional Charges
Additional fees may apply in the following situations:
- Walk-up units without lift access
- Stair carry: SGD $10–$20 per item per flight of stairs (determined by courier)
Please inform us in advance if your location requires stair carry so that sufficient manpower can be arranged.
Assembly & Installation
Our furniture (including Mustard Made lockers) is designed to be self-assembled, and installation is not included as part of delivery.
If you are not comfortable with assembly, we recommend engaging an external handyman service.
In selected cases, we may be able to assist with assembly separately (subject to availability and additional charges). Please contact us prior to delivery to enquire.
Failed Deliveries & Redelivery
If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, absence, or lack of access, redelivery fees may apply.
International Shipping
We currently offer limited international shipping. Rates and delivery timelines will be calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
