Each piece is individually crafted, making every set uniquely yours. As part of the ceramic-making process, you may notice:
- Slight tonal differences in colour, depending on weather and climate conditions during production.
- Black Spots (iron spots) due to the iron content in the clay body. Fine pinhole marks may be present due to the nature of the product.
- Tong marks may appear on the bottom surface of some products during glazing process.
- Due to the shape of the product, the glaze may appear partially clumped.
- The edges of the product may vary during the kiln firing process. It may become lighter or darker and this is not classified as a product defect.
- Exchanges and returns are not accepted due to unavoidable aspects of the manual production process or the general characteristics of ceramics.
