Please note:

Each piece is individually crafted, making every set uniquely yours. As part of the ceramic-making process, you may notice:

• Slight tonal differences in colour, depending on weather and climate conditions during production.
• Black Spots (iron spots) due to the iron content in the clay body. Fine pinhole marks may be present due to the nature of the product. 
• Tong marks may appear on the bottom surface of some products during glazing process.
• Due to the nature of the semi-matte glaze, there may be glaze flow and clumping marks along the sides.
• Exchanges and returns are not accepted due to unavoidable aspects of the manual production process or the general characteristics of ceramics.
