TRANSLATION: 'Muli' is a 'type of mushroom' in Tumbuka, the language of Northern Malawi

Featuring either matte Slate or natural Clay, and sterling silver posts, the Muli earrings have a simple and organic minimalist feel. No two pieces are identical— slight variations should be embraced.

The Slate colored stone begins as quarry rock sourced just 1 mile from our workshop. Our team works to shape the stones until they reach a smooth matte finish that showcases its organic origins.

The Clay stone begins as kiln-fired locally sourced clay found in Southern Malawi. We partner with Dedza Pottery to create a naturally toned stone that highlights the richness of the red African soil.
